Remember my ziploc sandwich bag conundrum (wow I spelled that right on the first try!).
Well, like a good neighbor, I emailed SC Johnson about my experience. They wrote back and let me know they were checking on their quality controls and for bringing this to their attention sent me some great coupons. How nice was that?
This experience has really reminded me how much companies really need and want our business. That is one of the reasons why they issue coupons in the first place. I'm grateful for that need and the competition it inspires because otherwise I wouldn't get all the great deals.
