What is my time worth?
I have thought more and more about this question lately. Do I really need to spend a ton of time on the computer to be a good blogger and frugal franny? Do I really need to spend lots of time clipping, sorting, and storing my coupons to save my family money? Do I really need to spend an entire day cleaning and polishing my house to make it liveable? Do I need to spend more time playing with and teaching my children? Do I need to spend more time one on one with my Heavenly Father?
All of us need to sit down and ask ourselves questions like these. Life changes just as seasons change. Taking a good look at where we are, where we want to be, and what we realistically have time to do is a very important activity. We should do it regularly.
I'm working on adjusting how I spend my time. I will have my kids remember all the fun they had with their mom, not how she was always on the computer. I will be frugal, but not at the expense of everything else. I will have a tidy home, not necessarily a sugically clean non-livable home. I will have a better relationship with my Heavenly Father.
What will you do?
